| 三甘醇（TEG）是一种无色透明的中性油状液体，在加热到280度左右时，对高分子聚酯（PET）有醇解和溶解作用，三甘醇清洗炉利用这一特性，将粘附有高聚酯污物的工件置于盛有TEG溶液的清洗槽内加热沸腾，达到清洗的目的。
该设备采用不锈钢电加热管组合加热器，安装在清洗槽底部的TEG溶液中直接加热，升温快、热效率高，沸腾清洗效果好，设备结构简单、操作方便。
设备结构有单缸位、双缸位和多缸位连体形式，缸径大，操作高度高的配置操作钢平台，并且炉盖启、闭有气动开盖，配重装置和螺杆升降三种开盖供选择，自动控温装置采用日本富士系列温控仪程序控温，固态继电器触发控制，控制部件均按防爆要求配置，工作性能稳定可靠。 本厂还配套生产提供三甘醇清洗后的后续清洗设备：水洗槽、碱洗槽、超声波清洗槽、高压水洗槽等。
三甘醇清洗炉技术参数 ：
Triethylene Glycol TEG is a kind of colorless&transparent neutral oily liquid, which can alcoholysis and dissolve the PET by heating up to around 280℃. Making use of this feature, the TEG cleaning stove boils the workpiece adhered with high polyester dirt in the TEG cleaning tank to reach the goal of cleaning for the workpiece. By utilizing the stainless steel electrical heating tube to heat the bottom of the cleaning tank directly. The stove has the features of instant warm-up, high thermal efficiency, good cleaning effect, simple structure and convenient operation etc. . The structure of the stove can be single tank, double tanks or multi-tanks. The diameter of the tank is very big, and the steel operation platform is also very high. Besides, three choices have been provided for the cover openclose: gas powered, weights device and screw up&down.
The temperature auto-regulating device adopts the temperature unit of Japan Fuji, and uses Solid-state Relay to realize triggering control. Moreover, the control units are all arranged according to the anti-explode requirements. Therefore, the stove has stable and reliable performance.
